MODIFICATION OF RULE 53(d) (OLD RULE 60(d)
FIFTH SENIORITY DISTRICT – CHEYENNE

It is agreed that the provisions of Rule 53(d) (old 60(d)) are modified to the extent herein provided:

(d) When calling road engineers to deadhead, call engineer first out to man the train, next engineer to deadhead; at final terminal they will be called in the same order.

1. When two or more engineers are called to deadhead terminal to terminal and it becomes necessary to let off one of the deadhead engineers to perform service continuing on to the terminal, the last-out deadhead engineer will be let off first.
2. If it becomes necessary to let off a deadhead engineer enroute to return to the terminal, the first-out engineer deadheading will be let off first.

This agreement is effective May 16, 1979 and may be terminated by the service of a ten-day written notice by either party upon the other.
