Reducing Number of Crews: When making a reduction in the number of crews in pool freight service, the reduction will be made in the order of juniority of conductors.
When pool turns are reduced, regularly assigned members of crews cut off who are in the home terminal when the reduction is made, or who arrive at the home terminal before the crew to which they are assigned, will not be permitted to exercise displacement rights until the turn to which they are assigned arrives at the home terminal. No displacement will be permitted on crews that are called at the time their assigned crew arrives home terminal.
