UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY-EASTERN DISTRICT
and
UNITED TRANSPORTATION UNION (C)&(T)
It is agreed that, effective December 1, 1979, employes under the Former Colorado Division, Rule 92-26, Section (C) be eliminated.
Rule 92-26 Section (C). The junior person on the Brakeman’s Extra Board will be forced to take a regular position in pool freight service.
This agreement may be cancelled by either party serving a 10-day written notice of intent to cancel.
