CONDUCTORS CHANGING POOL FREIGHT TURNS

1. A conductor assigned to a specific turn in a freight pool may move to a permanent vacancy on another turn or to a new turn in the same freight pool, subject to the conditions provided herein.
2. Conductors who desire to move to another turn or to a new turn shall file written notice with the crew dispatcher; and such written notice must be on file at least five (5) days prior to such move.

A conductor who changes turns as pro­vided by this agreement shall not be permitted to file written notice to again change turns until expiration of sixty (60) days from date of change.

This agreement shal1 be effective May 1971 and will terminate ten (10) days after service of written notice by either party.
