Section I of the Agreement dated December 1, 1970 dealing with cabooses is modified as follows:
“Cupolas” is changed to read: “Cupolas or bay windows”.
“Stabilized trucks (outside swing hanger)” is changed to read: “Stabilized trucks (outside swing hanger) or National Casting Swing Portion trucks or equivalent stabilized trucks.”
The following is added to the Agreement dated December 1, 1970:
Except in case of wrecks, floods, washouts and storms, no more than five (5) train or enginemen will be deadheaded in bay window Union Pacific pool service caboose.
