PLACEMENT OF EXTRA BRAKEMEN
7TH DISTRICT
- Seventh District (Rawlins) extra brakemen called off the extra board at Rawlins who do not go beyond the west switch at Bittercreek will, on return to Rawlins, be placed first out on the extra board after legal rest.
- Extra brakemen who go beyond the west switch at Bittercreek will, on return to Rawlins, be placed at the bottom of the extra board.
- Extra brakemen who do not go beyond the west switch at Bittercreek will so notify the crew dispatcher on arrival at Rawlins.
- No claims will be presented or progressed for runarounds for brakemen who fail to comply with Section 3.
- This agreement is effective December 1, 1981, and may be cancelled by ten (10) days notice of one party to the other.
