MODIFICATION OF MILEAGE REGULATIONS
SALINA‑JUNCTION CITY‑KANSAS CITY AND SALINA‑ELLIS

IT IS AGREED:

Section 9 of the Agreement dated August 13, 1969 entitled “Mileage Regulations ‑ Salina‑Junction City and Salina‑Ellis” (and also applicable to Salina employee in interdivisional service between Salina and Kansas City) is canceled and the follow­ing provisions shall apply in lieu thereof:

• 1. An employee who has attained his maximum mileage and has submitted a written request for relief, but is thereafter used in an emergency, will not be required to register such emergency miles.
• 2. This modification is effective June 18, 1972 and will terminate ten (10) days after written notice is served by any signatory party upon the other two.
