Dear Sir:

This refers to Article V of Item 90 (e) concerning the supervision of Conductor Trainee(s). In connection with this agreement, the parties agree as follows:

1. Conductors in road service will be paid a differential of $8.00 for each tour of duty that a conductor-trainee is assigned to them for training.
2. This agreement shall be co-effective with Item 90(e) dated the 8th day of September, 1992.
