This is to confirm our discussions of the agreement dated September 20, 1990, amending Section 11 of the Agreement of September 17, 1976, establishing the Thirteenth Seniority District.
During our discussions of this Agreement, it was agreed that Seventh District crews, who are used in short turn around service out of Green River, will be deadheaded to Rawlins upon completion of the short turn around service. If such crews are not deadheaded, they will be placed on the board in line with applicable agreements and paid a 100-mile penalty.
