V.         TERMINAL AND OTHER CONSOLIDATIONS

 A.     Except as set forth in Paragraph B, below, there are no changes in terminal limits or other consolidations contemplated for yards in Zones 2 and 3.

 B.  Existing collective bargaining agreement provisions, either in the former "Oregon" collective bargaining agreement or the Spokane International Railroad collective bargaining agreement, governing the pro ration of work between the UP 5^th Seniority District and the UP 9th Seniority District (former Spokane International Railroad) for extra boards at Spokane shall be eliminated and of no force or effect.
