RULE 36. HANDLING ENGINES FOR SUPPLIES. Engineers in freight service who, upon coining on duty at terminal, are required to take the incoming locomotive of their outbound train (the locomotive running through) to enginehouse for supplies or servicing; or move the incoming locomotive to some other point for supplies or servicing where locomotive is not taken to enginehouse; or where necessary to operate the incoming locomotive to enginehouse and exchange it for another, there being a change in the original plan to run the locomotive through, will be paid actual time consumed, with a minimum of one hour, in addition to all other road and terminal time for the trip, without any deduction for the time so consumed.
