ARTICLE 32
PRINTING AND SUPPLIES
1		The International President and the General Secretary and
2 	Treasurer shall receive bids and award contracts for printing
3 	International and local supplies, and other necessary printing. The
4 	printing of local supplies shall be under the supervision of the General
5 	Secretary and Treasurer. Locals outside the United States may have
6 	their printing done, with the exception of official receipts, membership,
7	and transfer cards, which must be procured from the International. All
8	forms provided by such locals must be submitted to the General
9 	Secretary and Treasurer for his/her approval before being printed.
10		All supplies shall be furnished locals at cost by the General
11 	Secretary and Treasurer and must bear the imprint of the United
12 	Transportation Union seal.
13		All printed matter purchased by the International shall bear the
14 	union label.
