This refers to your request for a change in the Agreement to permit a conductor holding dual rights to transfer from road to yard service and vice versa in the same manner as brakemen, which was discussed with you on May 31, 1978.

It is agreed that Rule 92(23) of the Road Agreement will not be considered as an estoppel to conductors moving between road and yard service under the provisions of Section 5 of the Dual Rights Agreement dated July 27, 1956.

This agreement is effective July 1, 1978 and may be terminated by the service of a ten‑day written notice by either party on the other.
