ARTICLE VIII

IMPLEMENTATION

1. Prior to January 15, 1992, to be effective February 1, 1992,

the Carrier shall bulletin all available positions to employee

on the Eastern District. The employee shall have the

opportunity to select one of the following options: regular

job, Guaranteed Extra Board or Reserve Board. Those employee selecting the Separation Allowance offer shall not participate in this bulletin/assignment process unless held in accordance with Article IV. Section 2.

2. Assignments to positions shall be made by seniority prefer

ence. It is understood all regular and Guaranteed Extra Board positions will be filled initially by working employee as provided by schedule rules.
